Dr. prescribed fish oil to lower my cholesterol so I ordered the large size. So far, no after taste from this product.

This a solid source of Omega 3 fish oil from a very reputable highly rated company. The vitamin are purity tested and 3rd party certified which show they are of a high standard. There are 270 vitamins so it's a 9 month supply providing 1000mg of fish oil per day. with 750mg of actual Omega 3s. For the price these are actually a decent value. Other brands have the same or higher amounts of fish oil and omega 3s per dose and seem cheaper at first but when you look more closely they require 2 to 3 pills per serving, so those 120 or 250 count bottles are 1/2 to 1/3 of how many days they will actually last.

so, just to quickly state, youre basically buying this just for the bulk size of it at a decent price. the omega 3 here isnt in triglyceride form (more bio available), at least it doesnt state it, which usually means it's lower quality ethyl ester. not a big deal for a general omega 3, but i like using triglyceride if possible since i mainly take omega 3 for eye health, specifically dry eyes. it's got moderately good amounts in 1 pill, and im currently taking 2 per day, since i try to get around 1600mg of omega 3. these go down very easily, id compare them to something nordic naturals, they dont stick to your throat almost, like some of the lower quality pills from other brands, you barely notice the size of the pills, which all omega 3 pills are always large. they sometimes give a bit of a fish burp, but it usually goes away, it doesnt linger or happen all day, but most of the time i dont have problems with these. no real problems with this, this is a great quality omega 3, good for a bulk amount if youre like me that takes a lot of omega 3 and just want to be set for a few months. these seem decently potent for a non triglyceride form, i honestly think these might work better than nordic naturals for me, but algae based omega 3's are still the most effective for dry eyes from my testing.

I like that these omega 3 oil caps are sustainably sourced from Alaskan Pollock and also that they are 3rd party certified. Pollock fish is sourced in Alaska and is a low mercury fish and I understand that it can be even lower in mercury than salmon. That’s an huge plus!!! I have a pretty healthy diet and always had. However high cholesterol and high triglycerides run in the family. We are skinny but that doesn’t count. My annual physical is always perfect except for these two markers that make my life difficult. I’ve tried so many things but when is genetic it’s really difficult to get results other than taking statins which I refuse to take. So in preparation to my physical, I started this TherOmega capsules about 2 months before the appointment. They are easy to swallow. Keep in mind most of fish oil caps are huge. These aren’t THAT big. They have no after taste, they do not upset my stomach and I do not feel any changes in anything. However, when I went to get my physical results, neither my doctor nor I could believe it! Both, my LDL (bad) cholesterol was perfectly normal and my triglycerides, which are regularly over 500 were normal. AND MY HDL (good) cholesterol was high. And no, I haven’t done any changes in my diet or life style. I promise!!! My doctor even hugged me 💕 So I definitely will continue taking TherOmega and super highly recommend it!!!
