Bruh these are great and a definite add for your home gym. These work great for triceps!

I love these, multiple streangth bands for easy setup, solid, well made. I’ve used all of them together and separately on daily workouts for couple months and really like the tesidtace bands. I’m used to free weights but decided to try these out and for someone who’s just looking to maintain there body they are really good choice. Take up no space, easy to use, put away in a small bag.

For someone just starting out I don't want to invest a ton in equipment yet. So this seemed like a good deal. The bands themselves seem much smaller than what they seem to be in pictures, so a little worried about longevity. But that's also a problem I usually have. The rest of the items seem sturdy. I like that it has a poster with different things you can do with them and a storage bag! Will try to update on the longevity of the bands themselves after I've used them a while!

Very durable and safe to use. Worth the price. I am looking forward to using every morning to strengthen my arms and legs.
