Very handy and quick to use
This has been such a useful item since my heart attack. Good to be able to quickly check on my O2 and pulse rate quickly for piece of mind. I’m sure there’s a bleep function but only ever got it to work once.

Phenomenal product
I bought this as an upgraded replacement to my old pulse oximeter. The screen is clear, and easy to read and understand with many different viewing modes, you can have the screen oriented to any position you want with the click of a single button. You can also configure the machine to do continuous mode, which doesn't give any read out and doesn't cut out after 30 seconds with the summary of what it's found, however unless you know what your looking for, or are trained to understand and interpret the results, this mode wouldn't be much good for you.Spot Check would be more suitable for the newbie on this machine, it will take results for 30 seconds, it includes an on screen timer so you know how long is remaining on the check. After that the machine will give you a small sentence or two with what it's picked up based on the results. It also has a memory of the last 5 or 10 (I can't remember exactly how many) scans it's done which is a handy feature. You can set customisable alarms which alert you to pulse and Spo2 rates which are too high and too low, each is configurable and very handy to have.It also contains an option to enable "beeping" which the machine will emit and audible beep every time it detects a pulse beat. I particularly like this function, the ability to hear the pulse rate is good for if I'm concentrating on other aspects of the patient, link it to the customisable alarm, I'll know if anything is wrong.Overall: Absolutely cracking piece of equipment and well worth the money. The results are accurate and clear to read without any hassle or jargon. Very customisable to suit most methods of use. Highly recommend purchasing.

Alright
Good oxy meter just not very good for kids because its big and kids got small fingers so it take bit too long for them otherwise for adults its very quick and easy.

Perfect to have if experience tells you need one
I bought this following a hospital stay with my 2 year old where he was monitored due to his blood saturation not getting over 86 or stabilising after oxygen. Made me think “hey you know it’d be useful to have so I know just how poorly he is and to give the medics a better idea” because over the phone 111 can’t make the judgement.Easy to use - crocodile clip, open, finger in, keep still and there’s the result. And my 2 year olds little fingers work with thisEasy to read - absolutely, gives a nice graphic of heart rate and a nice big number for sats and heart rate - and the stupid number of memories this has means I can look back over many days with both my boys.As to the accuracy I’d say it’s fine but that’s based on using it with peoeple who are healthy and we’re just mucking about with it (children will play with anything). I meant to take it to hospital with my other son and test mine against theirs but forgot. I would never say this is something to stake your life on, just really helpful to give medics a guide… I’m currently trusting it to guide medics with my young children going through covid and they seem to appreciate the on hand informationAll in all I’m extremely satisfied with this. It did pop up as an NHS standard type, whether that’s true or not I’ll never knowIf you want something that’s easy to read and quick to give you what you want to know I doubt you’d be disappointed

This O2 meter is cheap & accurate
This O2 meter is lighter than the pro unit my Dr uses but produces exactly the same result. It is cheap, arrived quickly and comes with everything you need. The small box arrived quickly and contained the unit, clear & comprehensive instructions, a lanyard, batteries & a very robust padded pouch that can even be attacked to a belt. It’s simple & fast to use. It doesn’t have the padding inside pro units have but the spring isn’t so powerful that it hurts. I normally check my O2 whilst sat down & just rest my hand on my leg, chair arm or table. I have no idea about its longevity but it’s so cheap I’d just buy another one.For home use I simply can’t criticise it.

Great device, compact, portable and easy to use
Purchased based on other reviews. Product has not disappointed, easy to use, large easy read numbers on screen, alarm sounds when readings levels are outside recommended range for example excessively high pluse rate. It comes with a lovely carry case and strap. Product is compact but not too small, palm of hand size. So perfect to take with you. As I have no experienced of other similar products, I can't provide an informed opinion on this products accuracy, that said, I did give it 5 stars on accuracy my reason when I have been feeling 'off' and my purpose for buying it, the readings have reflected how I am feeling at the time. This product provides peace of mind, easy to keep track of levels and decide whether to seek medical advice. Value for money and would buy again.
