Really good product and I definitely feel the benefit after taking it with my coffee for a few months. No bad taste at all.

Amazing product. Replaces my tea and coffee and also gives me the peace of mind that its got no junk in it. Mixes well with just hot water, good with some milk in aswell.

I was pleasantly surprised at this product, in terms of taste, mixability and good balance of sweeteners. Taste - gives a creamy, chocolatey taste when I mix it in black coffee Mixability - as others have commented, mixes pretty well, do not expect it to mix without some lumps that need dispersing as with any powder, but very good for the product. Balance of sweetener - sometimes the same sweeteners used in other products are not balanced well and you end with an unpleasant aftertaste. No experience of that here, it tastes like a treat. My goals are to adhere to a low carb (keto) diet, this helps me with that. Real world evidence as I am a type 1 diabetic and can monitor changes in blood sugars. It helps to kill the craving of a sweet after meals. Note - some people have suggested this is "useful for fasting". This is not the case, it is a fat-based product that has a good number of calories in it, thus if you want this to drink during a fast period this is not going to achieve that and will break your fast (fast is not about food vs drink, but calorie intake). The only downside is the cost, which is high as you can get through this quick, so use sparingly but the cost is not out of sync with competitor products.

Always appreciate Richard smith, this powder gives a nice taste to my coffee but doesn’t dissolve that well in coffee like I have heard Richard himself say it would. I think it was just a bad batch. Will order again. Would have been 5 stars otherwise.

WOW! After embarking on my new Keto lifestyle I'm also slowly transitioning away from coffee. Someone told me about this as a great alternative when I want a morning pick me up or an evening wind down. I just made my first cup and it tastes great. I will certainly be buying this again.

Energy level: Not bad, needs a pretty intense mixing to get it to blend with coffee, would recommend an electric mini whisk. Decent taste and seems to give enough of an MCT boost with one full scoop.

The best on the market and really tasty.
