For the price you cant beat it, it kicks in when it needs to and does its job, taste can be a bit sour but overall very solid pre workout

This is a great item to keep in your supplement cupboard. It's perfect for days where you want to lock focus and keep in the zone. It's great tasting and really gets you locked in. I enjoy 3/4 scoop as it's enough without being too much. Not for everyday but great to keep in the mix for 1-2 days a week.

watermelon flavor, not sour at all like some of the reviews in here. It's high in caffeine and works crazy well. would buy again.
