Nice quality, lean cuts of beef.
A good quality beef, perfect for a winter stew.Mine was made from very nice cuts, with virtually no excess fat needing to be trimmed off.Make sure you sear it in a pan before adding to your casserole, to keep it moist and succulent inside. Season with salt and pepper when searing, for maximum flavour.I would happily purchase again.I hope you found this review helpful.
