Herdsman British Fillet Steak, 200g

I must have bought 24 of these while unable to visit my butcher. The first few were great but overall 50% were excellent, 20% ok and 30% inedible. Not good enough ratios. And it's no accident as the inedible'steaks' were gristly scraps tied together with a red elastic band to make them look like a steak. So deliberate sharp practice. I wouldn't buy this brand again and makes me wonder about using Amazon Fresh

So I cooked this straight from the freezer and the texture was impeccable. Also, the taste was great. Definitely I’ll buy again and recommend it.

This is the second time I order this brand’s fillet steak. Little disappointed. The shape is ugly and there is even a robber ban around my meat!It’s squeezed out all the liquid of the meat...

buying this item is a gamble. The picture is deceptive. There is a 50% + chance that the fillet yıu receieve will not be the one in the picture. usually the worst part of the fillet (usually you receieve more fat than actual meat and this is unpleasent.ı do not advise.
