Easy to swallow, no.odd flavor or smell. I like that this is 5000IU, it seems like many Vitamin D supplements on here are 10,000 IUs. I also like that Vitamin K is added. The price seems pretty reasonable. No adverse effects have resulted.

As others have mentioned, I am also a bit skeptical about how and where these are manufactured. The misspelling on the label does signal that the distributor in New Jersey isn’t paying much attention to details. And there are no GMP, lab tested etc claims, which are fairly standard on supplements these days. So below average for that aspect.Still, the ingredients are great. If you use sunscreen, you may not be getting enough vitami. D and you definitely need that for calcium absorption and . 5000 IU is a good amount. So,why the vit K2? D3 helps your body absorb more calcium, K2 helps your body take that calcium and use it for your bones and teeth rather so it doesn’t sit in your arteries and other places in your body where you don’t want it. Otherwise you might not get all the help with you bones that you want, and ithe calcium might not be so good for heart health. So extra points for being one cap a day at a reasonable price with K2, not just D3.That averages to 3*. If the label were not misprinted and the manufacturing guidelines were stated, I would have given it 4* or even 5*.Perhaps the distributor can clarify that on the Amazon sale page. It had the potential to be an excellent product, just not well labeled.By the way, it does not contain sugar. The label “does not contain” section on the label is easy to misread. And it is probably not vegetarian as the capsule is gelatin.

You feel a noticeable difference in energy and mood when taking these, especially in winter. My wife and i have been taking these once every two days for months. but please do not take these everyday like the package says unless you want kidney stones.. This would get 5 stars if it were not for the severely improper directions for use, ask any doctor, or just google it.

This supplement arrived in a shrink wrapped bottle with a safety seal inside the cap for protection. The expiration date on the bottle I received is 10-2026, a full two years after I received this product (so it appears to have a long shelf life). There are 60 soft gels in the bottle, and the manufacturer recommends taking one a day (so this is a 60-day supply). I wanted to like this product but…But I’m not happy (nor do I trust) this supplement. Perhaps the most glaring issue is that the bottle I received is “Viatamin D3+K2” (see photo of misspelling) despite “Vitamin” being spelled correctly on the bottles shown on the manufacturer’s product page - if they can’t spell correctly on the label and the label doesn’t match the product page, what else is inaccurate?The bottle says it’s “distributed by a company in NJ” and one of the pictures on the product page shows it’s “formulated in the USA”, but is silent on where the product is actually made (so I’m guessing overseas). The product page claims this is manufactured in a GMP certified facility, but nowhere on the bottle does it say that. The product page (but not the bottle) also indicates this is lab tested - with no further details on that. Is the lab an independent 3rd-party or in-house (big difference)?My two-star rating reflects that this manufacturer is doing some things right to instill trust, but I have too many questions to feel comfortable taking this supplement.
