The capsules have been easy to use and no negative side effects. Felt very weak after consuming it, multivitamins lack the quantity in this product

I got these for the Vit K2 and probiotics and then realized the many of other vitamins they contain. That's ok but with lipid soluble vitamins such as Vit A, D, E, and K we have to be concerned about build-up in the body. It's best to evaluate these in supplements.

While I take both Vitamin Code and Raw One, this product is a great substitute for either, especially those who want to concentrate on their heart. It has all the B vitamins plus extra B12. It also has vitamin K, lemon balm, grape seed, and extra bacillus coagulans for digestive health. Love that it’s fermented and uses liposomal technology.
