Great starter for those new to the practise somatic exercise
User friendly…….everyday language with a table of contents, chapters on different exercises, easy to understand directions, photos with the benefits of each exercise. The exercises were well explained, REALLY worked……..and NOT overly demanding…….in only 10 minutes!It is yoga and pose based which is highly regarded for stress management and relaxation.Bonus videos, nutrition tips, and a daily exercise plan were included.I would highly recommend it.
