This is a great little camera. There is no ink, it is thermal images, like a fax machine. In the settings you can pick if you want grey scale or dots. I like the grey scale, looks nicer to me. You can also pick the lightness or darkness for the photos. You can turn off the camera noises or lower the volume on it. I turned it off. It says you get 50ish pictures per roll. I haven't completed the roll yet. It is very easy to use. The power button has to be held down for a few seconds to turn off.My one complaint is changing the roll of paper. It is very easy to change. You lift out the old one and set in the new one leaving 3mm of paper on the edge so it catches when you close the door. However, opening that door is hard to do. The process is simple, you hold the camera upside down and slide the door open with your thumbs. The door is tight and not easy to slide. It takes quite a bit of muscle to get it to slide. Adults will have to do this, I cannot see a child being strong enough.The picture quality is very good. I was surprised. Once the photo is taken, it instantly starts to print. It only takes a few seconds for it to be printed. Once it is done, you tear it off like a receipt. Very easy.The camera comes with little markers and stickers. The stickers are taller than the box that it comes in, so they come a little bent. But they are still usable.Great for kids and for adults too.

A great little camera that I - I mean... my kids... yeah, that's the ticket - just adore! I don't know who needs to hear this but stupid little snapshots you can hand out to your friends mean so much more than the dozens (if not hundreds) sitting doing nothing on your phone. Or that are glanced at and then forgotten on social media.+ surprisingly good indoor photo quality+ this model has a small light to help with closeups in dark lighting. and it's actually useful!+ paper is cheap and available and there is never a need for ink+ USB-C charging and it even INCLUDES a micro SD card which is a nice bonus+ self timer, burst mode, etc really bring this to the next level+ possible (with a bit of work) to transfer some photos from your computer to the SD card in order to print them+ ENCOURAGES creativity and experimentation!- up close (under 1 foot) focus is less than ideal- the ads for it make is seem like it can print color photos which it obviously cannot- the little color markers provided are cute but objectively terrible. they do not work well with this paper.

I gave my niece this for her birthday, and she absolutely loved it! From the moment she unwrapped it, she was all smiles and couldn’t wait to start taking pictures. She’s been snapping photos of everything—from her dog to her breakfast. It’s been amazing to see how quickly she’s picking up the basics and expressing her creativity. The camera has definitely become one of her favorite gifts, and it’s something she uses every day. Highly recommend as a gift for any young, curious mind!

I bought these for my small children 7 and 4 they love them. The cameras come with a cord for changing and the battery last pretty long. Only con is they only print in black and white. Also they come with a landyard for the kids to wear around their necks but the blue(boy) one is so girlie.

My daughter’s friend had one of these cameras and so I bought one for my daughter and she is obsessed with it. It is easy to use, and easy to replace the photo paper. It’s fun she can take the picture and the photos prints so quickly in good quality too.

This camera is so easy to use! Prints black and white pics immediately or pics can be saved, in color, to print from memory card later. It's just the right size for my 7yr old. Very kid-friendly, with games, tunes and lots of choices for little ones.

Kids love them. Perfect birthday present.

SERIOUS quality control issues with these cameras. I bought one for my 10 year old back in January and it was awesome, still working with zero complaints. I bought another one very recently and it had issues out of the box. You practically had to smash the buttons in order to do anything and there were supposed to be games on it, there were NO games. I figured it was just a defective unit, I'd just replace it... I ordered another one on 07/21/25 and it showed up with NO puzzle games as advertised. Save your money and keep looking, these things are absolute garbage.
