Item was damage on receipt. Went to return and surprised to have to pay return postage which was almost the cost of the item.

White oak stair tread quality is excellent and took stain very well to match my flooring (see picture) - very pleased with purchase. Contacted the supplier to ask a question and they answered my question and was very responsive - great customer service.
