I had received the item which was packed very well and was not damaged. However I had problem connecting up the pump and getting it started. The supplier connected with me and clarified the process to me. I have since installed the item and it is working perfectly. I have two suggestions: 1) Please provide some literature with the product for smooth connect up and putting it to use. 2) If possible some nice prerecorded music to play while fountain is flowing. Thanks for a good and excellent product.
