W phone, sleek along with being affordable 10/10

So far, so good. Know your phone & pay attention to what kind of sim card you have. This phone works with a Physical GSM Sim. If that's not what you have, this phone won't work for you. It's in the description. It says it's an International Version so if you have to change the language, that's why. Also in the description. For me, it's great! Double the speed & storage of my previous phone. I've never had a white phone before but it's pretty. I put in my sim card & transferred all my data/apps. It's working Beautifully. Super fast! And it uses the same charger I already had. They did include one but I didn't need it. Typing this review on it, now.

This phone will not work on Verizon in the United States. The first red flag was when I opened up the packaging and found additional instructions to change the APN settings in case the phone did not work on my carrier. The second was when I started up the phone and saw the default language was Spanish and I had to change it to English. The third was an email from Verizon after I swapped the SIM card from my old phone to this phone telling me I had to authorize the swap, which had never happened with past phones. The fourth red flag was finding out the IMEI number was not recognized by Verizon, so I could NOT authorize the full functionality on the Verizon network. The phone only worked in a crippled cellular mode. I am returning it and avoiding this vendor in the future.

Phone arrived less than 24 hours after I placed the order. Awesome cos I had lost my old phone and needed to get back online fast for some critical apps like mobile banking etc. Really pleased with the service from the seller & the price was competitive: I can easily recommend. One small nit: the supplied charger or cable would not charge the phone but given my urgent need I decided not to request a return/replacement. That's a shame though because I have a slight feeling I paid for something I didn't really get and anyway, if I'd had a choice I would have opted for a basic case or a pack of screen protectors instead of the charger because I have plenty of other chargers and cables I can use for this phone.

The phone is, so far, perfectly functional. The feel is not as snappy as other more expensive phones with higher end processors, but it's more than fine for everyday use. You'll experience the lag with a two finger pull down of the shade, for example.Coming from a Pixel phone (this is deliberately a second phone for work purposes), the interface, while clean, is not nearly as good as Google's default. The notification shade with Samsung's UI is immediately more confusing to glance at than Google's, for example. Useable, but completely and unnecessarily different than Google's for negative improvement.Nice battery life so far, though.I'd give the phone an easy four Stars, but since this seller has included a "25 watt" wall charger with this item there is a problem. The problem is that the charger is fake.Confirmed it's a fake "25 watt" charger against a 10 watt charger using Samsung's own included USB-C to C cable. From ~50% charge, the included "25 watt" charger shows a complete charge time of nearly ~4 hours for that last 50% of battery. Swapping over to an older Google 10 watt shows just ~50 minutes to full...So buy the phone for the cost, size (if needed), battery, and relatively clean user interface, but not because the "25 watt" charger is included nor because you expect flagship phone performance.
