I bought this steamer on a whim, not really sure if I would actually use it. However, my teenage daughter and I have come to rely on this thing! I absolutely HATE ironing, and this makes ironing almost a thing of the past. This is so much more convenient, and it is quick to do even on busy mornings before school. One thing I like about it is that it gets stubborn wrinkles out of new items of clothing, whereas I felt like I had to sometimes iron a piece to death to get those wrinkles out. We have gotten so much use out of this and will never be without a steamer!This particular model was a bit of a gamble for me. I was set to buy a more expensive one, but without knowing how much I would use it, I decided to go with this one. It has worked perfectly for over 18 months now. I will echo some other reviewers and say that it does give your arm a bit of a workout, as it is a little heavy, but that doesn't bother either of us. I definitely wouldn't call this a travel steamer since it's too big for that.If you are on the fence, just give it a try! It is a quality steamer with lasting power.

This lil thing has far exceeded my expectations. My last clothes steamer was pretty basic, so I LOVE that this has additional features such as a power on button, power indicator, and a steam on/off button. The ability to turn the steam off in between tasks helps to conserves the water in the tank. I’ve also used this to clean my stainless steel appliances and it works like a charm!

I'm repurchasing this steamer. I bought my old one in January 2021 and it just died today! Worked great for 4 years!

I recently received this item and it works very well on light fabrics, and is less effective on cotton or linen. It will 100% remove most wrinkles on polyester, rayon, thin modal, silk. For light thin cotton, it takes out the large creases, but leave these micro wrinkles--enough to be polished, but not crisp like the dry cleaner.SILK: excellent 5/5 stars. although it infuses so much steam, you must wait a few minutes to dry on hanger, b/c if you lay it down it will wrinkle immediately. I was able to steam several crepe de chine silk dresses and tops. It takes 2-3min to steam a long silk dress, 1 min to steam a silk blouse. I could steam 5-7+ items with 1 fill.COTTON: removes major wrinkles, but fabric not crisp. Similar to fresh out of dryer but not as crisp as dry cleaners or iron. You can easily use 1/2 or 3/4 of reservoir for 1 men's shirt or a long dress. Can do 1-2 items on single fill. I tried this on a thin cotton voile top and a dress shirt. this took more time to pass over segments. It's personal choice on wrinkles vs effort. For effort vs. ironing, I'd probably choose steamer, but results aren't as good.Linen--again, similar to cotton. It will not make your item crisp, ever. Just gets the major wrinkles out to look casually presentable. I'd probably prefer ironing here.As others have exalted, I've doubled my wardrobe because I can finally wear things I was too lazy to iron before work. AMAZING.***I hope it lasts as the other reviews have had concerns on durability and rusting. I will update if these issues arise.

I like this steamer, it gets the job done. It is a little heavy (arm gets tired), but totally worth it.

Works great when it works but this is the second one I purchased and both stopped steaming. Both made a sound like it’s trying to suck the water up. We tried to fix it but was not able to. Will be buying a different brand.

GREAT steamer great price. Took ALL the deep creasing out of heavy draperies that arrived folded up. Also comes with a lint remover rechargeable, it's a good one! I highly recommend this product and seller.

Works great, use it all the time. Doesn’t spit out water, and produces a lot of steam. Not a loud product either. Very easy to use. Has a stop and start button so it’s safe. I accidentally bought two and gave the other to my friend. She put softener in it and it got messed up so don’t do that.
