They are great for a novelty item but you can't really see well out of them.

the flag is alot of tiny dots and not a clear flag as shown in the photos on amazon, but will work for one 4th celebration

We shared 3 packages of these as a group and wear them on the Patriotic holidays. They have held up well even though they seem flimsy.

These things are just plain fun good price and quality too

I knew these were cheap goofy glasses when I bought them so I had pretty low expectations going in but they were worse than that. The coating is not very see-through and gives almost a vertigo feeling within minutes. Had a headache and couldn't wear them after about 5 minutes.
