this had no clear instructions as how to use. it did have instructions and pictures, but not very helpful. The patches did not stay on for an hour, let alone all night. can you wear all day with socks, I don't know. Would not buy again.

Does not stay stuck to the feet all night. As such the pad does not change its colour and no change noticed.
