So I thought this product was a gimmick. I read the reviews to apply it to dry skin for better results and I did. It definitely smells like alcohol. As soon as the liquid came into contact with my hands and I started applying it to my body, my skin began to “pill” immediately. And because of that I was skeptical, I felt like the product was already messed up because how could it start pilling so quickly? I just put it on. Anyways I continued on, working the product into my skin all over my body and let it sit on me for awhile. The back of my legs started to get a bit tingly like I need to scratch, so I washed the product off and then made sure to follow-up with body wash. Now while washing with my body wash, I noticed how smooth my skin was. Again, in the back of my mind, I still thought the product was faulty, but when I flipped my palm over, the skin of my palm was peeling and I panicked. The gel was exfoliating just like it said and the pilling I saw initially was the skin of my palm coming into contact with the rest of my body. Washing myself off after everything, I felt like a newborn. I was soooo smooth, like a reptile shedding its old skin. This stuff works and will be a staple in my routine. If they need a brand ambassador, I’m here because this product is amazing. Lowkey, I’ll try the product again with gloves just for better and even distribution because given the fact that I used my right hand to apply the gel, my right palm is the most exfoliated part of my body.

So I have rough elbows, I cupped my hand and put a little bit of the liquid in the palm of my hand and placed it on my elbow and rubbed, and I am telling you what most of the rough skin on my elbow went away with the first use I will continue to use on rough areas Of my skin it also works nicely with hands.I have not put it on my face.

Before you buy this ECO BEYOND LACVERT Body Scrub, maybe ask yourself a few important questions, like: Do you enjoy splashing yourself with liquid that smells like alcohol? Do you like frantically massaging yourself with liquid that smells like alcohol? Does that idea of that liquid turning into small, granular, white rubbery solid pieces that stick to your skin until you rinse them off sound really great? If so, then I've got just the thing for you! Scratch that last bit about the rinsing off, though. After I thoroughly rinsed my skin, dried off, and got dressed, I felt kind of itchy on several parts of my body. I felt abject horror when I realized that THE EXFOLIATING WASH HAD NOT WASHED OFF, AND THE LITTLE PIECES HAD SOLIDIFIED ON MY SKIN!!! Gross. My shoulder and parts of my arm were coated in what looked like small pieces of sticky sugar, because those small solid pieces looked like sand or sugar, and were kind of stuck to my skin. Yuck! If any part of this absurd, itchy saga sounds fun, then go ahead and buy. Otherwise, steer clear.

I’ve been buying this for over a year. I use it to exfoliate my arms and shoulders, for home pedicures, and love using it before shaving to get super smooth legs. One of my must haves!
