Sweet little pond ornament, good price

I am so delighted with this quality product. I did look at the fishing gnomes but this is far more superior. Gorgeous detail, fantastic size and so beautiful. Looks fantastic sat on the bridge on my wildlife pond.

This little chap arrived this morning and he's already hard at it, trying to catch the two little stickleback in my wildlife pond. Good luck with that as I haven't seen them since I put them in a week ago. A little dab of glue should keep him in place. His sister will go on my goldfish pond when she gets here.Four months later, the little sister turned up today. As with the fisherman, I love the actual detail of the ornament. She is significantly smaller than the fisherman. They would look odd put together but they have their own little ponds so not too much of a worry. Just be aware when ordering. There is NO WAY the pole fishing rod would stay in place in a slight breeze as I learned from the fisherman model. I had glued that pole in place but the wind soon took the fish off the flimsy line to be lost forever in the pool somewhere. I had to replace it and used a stronger line. Knowing this, I replaced the fisherwoman's line with stronger line and firmly tied fish onto it. Also a dab of glue where the pole fits into the hands as there's NO WAY it would have stayed in place with the slightest of breezes without it. She is now in her place glued to a piece of tile to ensure she stays there.Why they weren't made the same size as they are the same price I don't know. Those things aside, I still love them and glad I bought them. My goldfish had better watch out!

This is lovely and will look great by our pond. The only disappointment was the fishing rod, it was if it was an afterthought, a bit of dowling with a fish on the end. Just a little bit of effort with the rod would have earned it 5 stars. We are going to replace it with a bit of used wood, which will look more realistic.

The sculpture embodies and exudes a laidback and relax state, to make anyone feel rested at the end of the day. The boy is superbly made with such great detail, that he looks life, like. Thanks to the creator for a fine job done.

Not bad for the money,Easy to move around,You need to correct his balance though,He seems to be a bit top heavy,I placed him on my nature pond,And had to put a few pebbles under his legs to stop him falling into it.One negative is the bit of dowel he has for a rod,It looks out of place,I had a bit of grey paint,So i painted it,Much better.

I'm delighted with it can't wait to get it around my pond when I get it finished looks like stone but is lightweight and just the right size would reccomend
