This product is good, but it didn’t occur to me that it would be outdated when it comes to our monarch! The national anthem is still ‘God save the Queen’ and the picture and info is about Queen Elizabeth! Perhaps would’ve been good for them to list that lol

I received my interactive map yesterday which was great timing as we do our Geography lesson on a Friday! Delivery was very quick, just two days! I home educate my own children and others. I ordered the map as I liked the sound of it and thought it was something the children may enjoy. I was absolutely delighted with it! First of all It is a really good size, larger than I expected. I had it out on the kitchen table with five children around it easily. They were all filled with enthusiasm when they saw it and couldn’t wait to get started! It’s very easy to navigate and has lots of fun and interesting features. There are several different categories, language, flags, capital cities, population, landmarks, fun facts etc. Within each of these you can select to listen and learn the relevant information or be asked questions. There’s lots of encouraging prompts and positive feedback. You can also press the repeat button to hear info again if needed, and a volume control, which is great when you have lots of excited children! The children I used the map with were aged between 6 and twelve years old, and they all thoroughly enjoyed using the map, and can’t wait to do so again. It’s by far the most fun we’ve had in our Geography sessions, and it makes learning enjoyable while still being challenging! I would highly recommend the interactive map. It is great to use at home with family, or in the classroom with students, and I would say it is suitable for a wide age range. I give the map 5 stars without hesitation. A great buy.

Really happy with this educational learning toy! Both our 2yr old and 6yr old have had lots of fun already with this. My main reason for purchasing this was to help our 6yr old with his speech and maths. He has some learning challenges that requires a little help. The biggest hurdle I've always faced is finding away to maintain his attention to learn and this works wonderfully. There are so many different ways to use this. The settings I'm mainly using is to help pronunciation of phonics as its different methods learnt in school fro when I was young and the phonics is always something I'm nervous of pronouncing wrong. This is a great help as we can do them together. He's quite arty so its great to have an area to draw and practice letters. Each letter has trace lines which is even better to help practice writing skills. The sound can be changed which is a good feature. Often find learning toys don't have thus option so its really good to be able to turn volume down. We have not used the maths function fully yet but from what we have done I can see its going to be tremendous help. I only wish I'd had this years ago as I think it would have been a tremendous help right from an early age. The size is about A2 size and we mainly use it on the floor but could easily use this on table or even stick up on wall. Also comes provided with batteries. Surface is wipeable and is supplied with a marker pen that has eraser brush. All in all a really useful and fun way to learn and I highly recommend.

This map has SO much information in it. It has capitals, countries, flags, languages, trivia, and more! It’s an amazing learning tool, with a fun interface.My children range from ages 4 to 9, and this was great for each of them in different ways. My daughter is super ‘into’ maps and geography. She spent ages just pressing on different countries to learn the names and info about them. Most of it was new info for her, and it sparked even more of an interest, and led her to her learning facts that I would not have thought to teach her. My 9 year old was more interested in the trivia aspect, and enjoyed testing his own knowledge, and learning new information.With today’s uncertainty of home schooling with COVID, this is a great addition to my homeschool tool kit. With or without homeschooling, we will definitely use it to grow our knowledge of Europe. I love that every time this comes off the shelf, the kids have fun and learn something new. It's also well made, and easy to store. This is already on my radar as a great Christmas or birthday gift in the months ahead.
