Donot buy this product from Amazon. They have 3rd party sellers. My Machine got burned in 5 months time. When I contacted for service Amazon told to contact Dyson. Dyson told to give it to their service centre. Service centre informed that the product was not sold by authorized dealer. And hence I need to pay another 800 dhs for repairing it since warranty is by third party if it’s there. So I called the sellers number from invoice Amazon gave me. Turns out it’s a fake number. Now I don’t know what to do. So please don’t buy Dyson (an over priced product with the worst service)

Amazing to have it! In 5 minutes you are ready to go out to any gathering, I simply love it. Dyson is amazing and I can t say enough good things about it.

This machine works properly and does its job. Less hairfall now compared to when i was using a regular hair dryer and iron separately. My only issue is i cannot register it at Dyson website. They cannot detect the Serial Number which i worried when suddenly the machine will not work.

It's a good product and great for not damaging your hair with either too much heat or pulling, but I can’t take it anywhere, the plug is pretty much the same size as the device. I have to plug it in a certain plug or else it falls out because its sooo heavy. Poor design, which is unusual for Dyson.

I can dry my hair and looks like I have keratine in my very curly hair! Is really great! I love it.

OMG I cannot say enough good things about this product. Top notch on performance and makes my life so much easier. As being a full time of mom, a lot of times I lack time that I can spend on getting myself ready for the day. This makes my life so much easier and I leave the house with dry and smooth hair. The only thing I can complain about is I had really short hair for a while and when it is really short it is harder to use because it is so wide. If you are on the fence about purchasing it, I would highly recommend you purchasing it.

Here’s my routine: I first apply Paul Mitchell’s Super Skinny serum, then section my hair into six parts. PRO TIP: although it sounds counterintuitive, run the Airstrait SLOWLY over SMALL sections for faster, smoother results. I only need two passes before locking in the style with the cool setting. Finish with a drop of Moroccan oil at the ends, and voila—smooth, sleek hair that lasts! If you’ve got frizz-prone, wavy hair and want salon-quality results at home, the Airstrait is worth every penny!
