I just recently started using this product. It's not really been long enough to see any growth results (plus my hair grows slowly anyway) but within the first week of using it I could already see improvements to my hair's all-around health! After just a few uses my hair felt less dry, brittle, & thin. It wasn't necessarily thicker (yet) but it felt stronger & more full. 2 things I especially like about this product are 1) It doesn't really have a scent, which is the case for almost all other similar products I've tried. And 2) It comes in an easy-to-use spray bottle; just have to spray, rub, brush, & go! Less likely to over-use/use too much and not left with stuff all over your hands & everything else! I can't wait to see the results of long-term use. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone, not just those with hair-loss concerns!

I used the TruePure biotin serum after each time I washed my hair, following the instructions to spray a liberal amount onto my scalp and massage it in. For me, the serum doesn't necessarily have a pleasant smell, but it's not unpleasant either. It's a pretty dull scent. I can say that the serum does feel really nice on my scalp and makes it feel "awake", possibly due to the caffeine. I also tend to have a dryer scalp especially in the winter, and the serum helped my scalp to feel hydrated. I think it may be too early to conclude anything regarding any hair growth or thickening, but I'm closely monitoring my hairline and baby hairs to see if anything more conclusive shows up down the line. But in the meantime, I'd recommend the serum even just as a scalp moisturizer and energizer. I also love that it is sulfate, paraben and cruelty free.

So far so good. I’ve been using this product for about 2 weeks. I think I’m seeing a positive difference. I’m going to keep using it and see. I really like that the serum doesn’t weigh my hair down. I am always hesitant trying new hair products because they tend to frizz my hair but this leaves no trace. I think I want to try some other products in the line.

When I think of a hair serum, I think of a thick substance. This product is like a liquid. Thus, I found it difficult and wasteful to apply to wet hair (directions don't indicate wet or dry). It was easier to apply to dry hair and didn't leave a greasy feeling, but given its liquidity (and my mistake) the bottle doesn't last a long time. I think the product works over time, but I'm hesitant to purchase again. I think I'll switch to a shampoo/conditioner to ensure proper application.

I've recently been struggling with thinning hair - having already had very fine, thin hair to begin with - after testing out a new shampoo and conditioner (different brand) that did some serious damage to my hair and basically took what little strength and volume it had. I was growing concerned and looking for something to repair the damage without having to actually take Biotin supplements that may interfere with my current medication regimen for unrelated health issues. I found this product after a thorough search and it's really doing the trick so far, even after just a handful of uses. I've combined it with a tea tree oil shampoo and a biotin & collagen conditioner (different brand) and my hair is already looking and feeling much fuller and healthier than it has for the past few months. The only thing that's a bit of a bummer is that it's pretty pricey for such a small bottle, but if you don't use it every day (which you shouldn't be doing to your hair anyway) it should last for a while, so I suppose it evens out.

I am not pleased at all with this purchase (this is based on the overall purchase of the shampoo/conditioner/serum). First, it arrived with one of the bottles leaking, which they are only 8 oz bottles, so I’d like to preserve every bit of the product, so that was annoying. Second, these bottles are VERY small. I know it says 8 oz in the description, but I just didn’t expect them to be this small. And they have ZERO lather, so I need to give it at least 6-8 pumps to cover all my hair. With long hair (like mine), these bottles will be gone in no time. They do have a nice scent, however, for the price of these bottles & their size, and the amount you need to use, they are not worth it. It’s not even close to affordable. And I noticed after I showered that I had A LOT of hair in the drain, even more than I’ve been having. How is this helping? I’m going to keep trying and hope it will get better, but I don’t recommend and won’t purchase again. As far as the serum, I used it. It smells nice, but that’s really all I can say about it. I haven’t noticed any difference.

After 3 pregnancies, 2 types of cancer and subsequent chemo & radiation I had very noticeable thinning hair and bald spots. I purchased the whole set, serum, shampoo and conditioner and would use the products about 3 times a week. After finishing up the whole product, I noticed a significant difference in the way my scalp feels. It feels as though it has opened my pores. I've never been so happy with a hair product in my life. my hairs texture is so soft I can see and feel the change in just days, even my split ends have become soft, my hair has life again more volume. it’s so much more visibly healthier that I have received multiple comments from complete strangers. Another plus? This brand does not use any chemicals, everything is sulfate free, paraben free, and cruelty free. so, no chemicals an no animal testing I would highly recommend this brand.

I have been using this serum for a week. It is a fairly thin formula, and has a water-like texture as opposed to oily. I was surprised to find out how much it hydrated my hair. My hair now feels soft, smooth, and silky. It has a nice, faint scent that is not over bearing. It leaves a lovely shine. Usually if I go about my regular work day, by the time I get home I find knots and tangles in my hair. From using the serum, my hair stays detangled throughout the whole day. I really enjoyed this!
