I've been wanting a pad that's not confined to a chair, and I can also use it while lying on the bed or the ground. This vibrating pad is perfect! It's an evenly padded, black, rectangular mat (57.5 in. by 19.5 in.) that's approximately 2 in. thick and has a memory foam feel to it. Because of the flexibility this pad gives you you can certainly use it on a recliner (it comes with a strap on the back that lets you attach it to a chair/recliner), but it's also great on a bed or a a flat surface - my favorite way of using it is on the floor! The mat has several practical features. It is designed to target four body zones with vibrations: the shoulders, back, lumbar area, and legs. Pressing the mode button lets you select from five different combinations, depending on what you want to focus on. Mode 5 delivers continuous vibrations to all zones simultaneously. There is also a button for intensity, allowing you to select from three different levels. The heat feature is fantastic - it elevates the vibrating mat to a whole new level, but you can decide whether to use it by pressing the heat button. At 4.4 lbs, this is a heavier and sturdier mat. However, rolling it up like a yoga mat lets you take it to places because it fits in your car nicely. It's not bulky like some of the versions that are meant for use in a designated arrangement only; this mat has a lot of flexibility. One of my favorite uses is to unwind after workouts, relax, and let the heat soothe my sore muscles. I love that it delivers three different levels of vibrations, and the hum of the mat has a soft, white noise feel to it. I've taken this mat to many places, including camping - it's the perfect mat to relax on, and it's easy to store. It runs on electricity, so it needs to be plugged into an outlet while in use. Overall, excellent quality and five stars, for sure!

This mat is fantastic. It is not a deep massage but the various modes and speeds work their own magic. It can be full body or just where needed. The heat element is very pleasant. It can be used sitting or lying down. Either way, I feel completely relaxed after use. It shuts off automatically after 30 minutes and folds up easily for storage. Great product with an affordable price. I highly recommend this product.

This was the 4th massage pad I bought on Amazon and the only keeper. It's comfortable to sit on all the time. The heat feature doesn't get as hot as my heating pads, but it's enough to give instant relief in my low back. The shiatsu rollers are too much for me, but the gentle vibration of this mat is perfect. I only use the steady low massage intensity, but I like that there are lots of massage types and intensities. The length is really good too. I'm 5'4" and I can feel the massage on my shoulders down to my ankles. My only complaint is that the strap doesn't reach around my recliner so I had to add something to it to make it reach. The pad isn't perfect, but it's great for folks with chronic pain (shout out to my Ankylosing Spondylitis peeps).

WE ORDERED THIS FOR OUR OLDEST SON FOR WHEN HE WAS HERE VISITING. HIS BACK HAS BEEN GIVING HIM ALOT OF PROBLEM. HE DRIVES A TRUCK FOR A LIVING SO HE IS BOUNCING AROUND ALL DAY LONG . HE'S BEEN USING THIS FOR THE LAST WEEK AND HE SAYS IT HELPS QUITE A BIT. THE WARMTH FROM THE HEAT SETTING LOOSENS THE BACK UP. HE SAID THE MASSAGE IS A LIGHT MASSAGE THAT DOESN'T HURT. HE LOVES IT. ITS HELPING TO RELEIVE HIS SCIATICA PAIN .

I cannot recommend this massage mat. I bought it in November and have been using it daily. Up until early January it worked well. Nice gentle 5 zone massage and heat. However, it has now developed a screeching sound when using the massage function and I don't think it's safe to use. It's too late to return it for a refund so I will be scrapping it and buying a different brand.

I bought this for my wife and I to use after a hard day at work or just when we want to relax and destress The size is perfect for getting the whole body warm and massaged as you lay on it. You can lay on your back or stomach for a different type of massage. There are multiple intensities for the vibration and multiple heat settings too All you need to do to get it going is unroll it, lay it flat, plug it in and pick whatever settings you want. Oh it also has a handy remote control that's easy to use and stores away in a side pocket for later. When you're done, it rolls up and stores easily in a closet without taking up too much space I was surprised at how good I felt after laying on it for 30mins (it has a 30min auto shut off) with both heat and vibration on I was a little worried that it didn't have any moving massage nodes but was pleasantly surprised at how well the vibration and heat worked on my whole body It might actually be a good thing that there are no nodes as sometimes I feel they can be a little too intrusive, uncomfortable or even painful Very happy with this massager considering the price is also reasonable and look forward to many more massage sessions
