This Eden unflavored soy milk is so far above any other brand for flavor and quality that there is almost no comparison. Just filtered water and soy - nothing else. No "flavors." No "gums." No anything else at all. I don't know how they do it because we made our own soy milk in the past and it didn't come close to this Eden brand.I do not recommend any of the other Eden "flavors. Buy this and add your own flavors and you will have the best of whatever you want!The advantage of buying the 6 pack from Amazon. so far, is that it comes in the factory box so no "creative" wrapper-people in shipping warehouses can bash it or smash it. The disadvantage is that it costs around $1.50 more per quart vs. buying it as individual cartons from another on line food and supplement web site.Since this Eden unflavored soy milk is not available in any stores within reasonable driving distance, I am happy to have a choice of two on line sellers from which to order.The one thing to be aware of with soy milk is that it will curdle if you heat it by itself. If you use it to make white sauce, etc. you need to make sure you melt the butter, stir in the thickener well and then very gradually add the milk as you continue stirring. Then it works just fine.

This is the perfect, soy-only, no added gums or sugar alternative milk. It also hot-froths beautifully. Just a bit of caution for those switching to no gum plant-based milks…you cannot pour cold soy milk into a hot beverage, it will separate. But hot-froth? Just look at that foam!

If you are looking for pure organic soy milk, look no further. This has clean organic ingredients, no additives, and tastes great!

This is the highest quality, best tasting soymilk you can buy. Only 2 ingredients: reverse osmosis purified water, and organic USA soybeans. It can’t get any better than that.

This is one of the few soy milks that doesn't contain cancer causing emulsifiers, but it is rather pricey.

I have been using this product for a little over a year now and I have subscribed to it. I do not like using dairy for smoothies but prefer soy or oat milk in them as dairy tends to curdle sometimes when you grind it for too long or use an ingredient that can cause the milk solids to separate. Also, it’s a hassle to wash the smoothie jar after using dairy as dairy spoils easy and fast even if there is a teeny tiny drop that did not get cleaned well in a previous wash. I did a lot of research before purchasing it as I was looking for clean ingredients and also something that tasted good. I was using a different brand previously that went out of stock frequently but this product has been delivered consistently over the last one year. Great product that I would highly recommend.
