So to start with, I am a big lad, 300lbs. I go to a lot of concerts, were standing in the same spot occurs for a long time. As a result my feet hurt and its painful to walk normally afterwards. So I have been trying a few different insoles, so have a effect some don't. Anyhow, pushed the boat on these (From the proper company not copies / fakes), it just not worth going cheap on your feet. I broke them in on Saturday with a half mile walk, its a really weird feeling but persevere, its worth it. Everyday I have increased the time / distance. Today, I can climb stairs, not one at a time. I don't wake up and hobble to the toilet, I am walking normally, so no more lower back pain. I would say I wear these insoles 8 hours a day. Next up is a standing concert and once that happens I will report back.

When I first opened these I was doubtful how'comfortable' they'd be.I put them in a pair of walking shoes and tried them. Hmm, OK!Later I put the shoes on and took the dog for a 1 hour walk.By the time I got back I felt fine with them.As to whether they have any 'health' benefits, time might tell!

Very happy with the insoles, when l were them a lot they help with the pain in my feet and make it easier to walk.

A bit uncomfortable to wear at first easy to cut to size. Not sure if they have made any difference only had a couple of weeks will keep wearing.

I bought these back in january with the expectation that they would actually hold up and be a viable option as an insole as i started work 2 weeks later. A day after i bought them i walked to tesco and had to take them off on the way home because not only had the metal acupressure balls torn through a good pair of socks, they also left really bad blisters on my feet causing significant pain when walking. If i could rate these a 0/5 i would. Poor quality, terrible design and horrible value for money

I am finding these soles really good as on feet at least 15hrs a day.Not sure of helping weight loss.Time will tell.I will be treating myself to another pair soon.

They take a bit of getting used to and to be honest I have noticed no particular change in anything other than I am more aware of the soles of my feet. Plus I am a size UK 10.5 and did not have to cut the insoles to make them fit in the shoe. If you have bigger feet they may be a bit small.

I found them Uncomfortable the first few times I put them on, the first time for an hour or so, then maybe 20 minutes the next time and 5 minutes the 3 rd day, but always by the end of an 8 hour shift I had forgotten I was using them, it too soon to know if they will help long-term.
