Exactly as expected, easy to use, great to add to Japanese dishes. Just soak a bit for a few minutes in warm water and add to miso, ramen, etc. Even my wife liked it and she's not really a fan of Japanese food!

I love adding wakame to ramen and this stuff is really good.It has a nice, "fresh" taste (as fresh as a dried product can be, but it's not stale in any way).A little goes a long way, so keep in mind that once re-hydrated, a couple of big pinches can take over a bowl or ramen.It also makes a nice salad with cucumbers.I highly recommend wakame because it has such a unique flavor and pairs well with sesame oil.

I got these to encourage my skinny cat to eat her food more. She doesn't like eating food that doesn't have a lot of fragrance. It has helped. I crunch a little over the food dish and she gets interested in her food.

Not the most affordable option, but it's already cleaned and precut, and thick stems are removed, so less of the hassle. It's very fresh and fragrant as well. There is a special warning for CA residents, that the product might expose them to lead, mercury, cadmium, arsenic, and other good stuff.

I started making miso soup from scratch. I add a pinch of this to the soup. A little bit goes a long way.

Gave me a stomach ache. Threw it away. Tried it twice because I thought the first time may have been just me, but NOPE. I would avoid this product. Something is not right about it.
