Watch how you route your wiring so that you don't pinch it with the bracket
Great tach, so nice to have one on this Force 125. Installation took a couple of attempts due to routing the wires so that it would drop into the hole without interfering with the bracket. You can drop the bottom connections straight down if there is room behind the mounting hole, but the lighting wire needs to be rotated a bit to avoid getting in the way of the bracket when you finalize the mounting. Performance has been great, it lights up just fine, needle is nice and steady. A little more money than I necessarily wanted to spend on a Tach, but having a 20 pole engine limited those options. This just worked right out of the box, no adjustment necessary. I doubt this tach will work on non 20 pole engines, so double check your info before buying. Also, I do like the domed lens, it keeps reflected light off the gauge so it's easy to read.

Works until it doesn't.
I t works well until it doesn't my last one only lasted 1 year. However it is the only tach still made that will work on a Force or Chrysler 85-150 Hp made before 1996. Hopefully this one will last longer.
