Grounding Fitted Sheets 90% Organic Cotton+10% Pure Silver Fiber, Sheets With Cord, Bed Kit for Healthy Sleep Therapy (White, Queen)

People in my family have raved about the benefits they've reaped since sleeping on grounding sheets, so I decided to give this a try. This is a very well made, ample-sized king size organic (per the seller) cotton sheet that is 90% cotton and 10% conductive silver fiber. It is a neutral grey color just as the photos show. I have a deep mattress (it's a Sleep Number bed, king size) and this grounding mattress fits very easily on it, thanks to the deep pocket design of the sheet. Although the product photo here says it's machine washable, the tag that is stitched on the sheet says to hand wash gently and do not wring/twist the fibers. I'm sorry, but I'm not hand washing a king size sheet. It also advises against frequent washing....so that's possibly a drawback. Also, do not use fabric softener or dryer sheets with this mattress. My sheet went through the delicate cycle of my washing machine and a timed drying cycle on low with only Tide Free & Gentle detergent and no dryer sheet. It came out pretty soft and not wrinkly. It has a very long 15' cord but only one clip for attaching it (I would have preferred to have one at the top and one at the bottom, since king size mattresses are quite large). It also came with a little light-up pen to test that the fiber is conductive (which we also tested on multiple materials, including two other grounding products in my household), and the fibers are indeed conductive. Additionally, it came with a 3-prong outlet tester that has a guide on it for making sure your outlet is wired properly. These two little tools are nice additions to the sheet. As far as my own experience with sleeping on grounding sheets, nothing has really rocked my world YET but I am hopeful. I'm dealing with poor sleep and high cortisol currently so perhaps these problems mask any lowered inflammation that may be in my body...I don't know, but I am optimistic and I think the science behind the grounding products is interesting and potentially beneficial, so there's no harm in continuing to sleep on this well made cotton sheet. I'm giving the sheet 5 stars due to its quality and comfort, not grading it based on my very subjective and early experience in sleeping on a grounding sheet.

I have been Earthing with 2 grounding mats: one under my feet at my computer and one in bed. The problem with the bed mat is that the neoprene material sticks to your skin after a short time. It works to ground you, but it's a bit uncomfortable after awhile, so I wanted to try this sheet. I like the feel of the sheet on my skin and I don't get that sticky feeling. And I think that I'm sleeping better than I did before I started Earthing. Like I said, the mat worked, but I didn't like the feeling on my skin. So I upgraded to the sheet and I'm very satisfied. It's a bit expensive when compared to a 4 piece set of sheets and pillow cases, but for me, it's worth it. I might buy another so I don't have to wait to remake the bed while the sheet is being laundered. Now that I think of it, I wish they made a 4 piece "earthing" set with top sheet and fitted sheet that are both grounded. I think it would make normal sheet sets obsolete, once folks felt the benefits of Earthing.

The instructions show a static testing plug. 1 star for your shrinkflation. No idea if this works as I will most likely be returning. Seriously tired of this. Over $100 for a grounding sheet and they eliminate the extras! Bet they didn't reduce the price! I'll be returning and order a lower cost one. No sense in spending this much money and they can't even deliver what they claim in the directions. I also waited 3 weeks before receiving.
