This has the right amounts of minerals in it, which is the main reason I chose this brand. When I have enough magnesium, I'm less likely to be sore when I wake in the mornings. It also helps with constipation, among other things.

This supplement combines two that I had been taking separately and one that I needed to take because I was low on it (in my last blood test). Magnesium is one of those things many people are low on, especially if you have a condition that causes constant muscle spasms (or exercise). As you age you will probably need more calcium, and zinc is a good addition to probably everyone's diet. The tablet is a bit large, but not terribly so. My calcium is back up in the good range, and there is enough magnesium in my system now, so I am not having muscle groups lock up and stay locked up for minutes at a time. As far as zinc, I have not been sick at all during the time I have been taking this.... but I have also been very vigilant about wearing a mask and gloves in public, using hand sanitizer as soon as I sit down in my car, and washing my hands correctly and often.

This has been my standard mineral source for many years. I have no complaints.

what I like about product is it is country life they make great products and this vitamin has 4 in one that I take so that helps calcium,magnesium,zinc, vitamin D and no fillers.The reason 4 stars is its to expencive I wait till its on sale at local coop for 12.99
