Excellent product! I read many reviews and was not sure if this product would work however, my hot flashes and night sweats were gone in 2 doses, my sleep improved significantly and energy levels increased. I started with only taking one capsule in the morning as I tend to be very sensitive to any medications. One was all I needed to lower my stress and promote rest. After taking I realized how sleepy I would become about 20 minutes after taking. I thought maybe it was just me being fatgued so i did this for a couple of days and then realized that this was making me sleepy so I began taking at bedtime. Works perfectly now. I will continue to use at bedtime and only take one not the recommended 2 each day.

I thought I’d give it a go based on reviews. I’d been happily denying early signs of menopause until the hot flashes hit a couple of months back. Multiple times a day and night my body sent a very clear “you’re getting older” message.I wasn’t expecting much - there’s so much out there that is purely a waste of money…but these WORKED!10 days after I started taking these the hot flashes all but stopped. Maybe the occasional feeling of warmth but no desperate need to jump in a cold plunge or strip down to my birthday suit. No more waking up in the night dramatically tossing my bedding onto the hubby.I’ve not noticed any other effects positive or negative…aside from being (mostly) able to go back to denying I’m old enough for menopause. That’s worth the price, in my book.

Please be careful, this product is actually a very potent diuretic to the point that it can hurt your kidneys. I was stumped on why urine was so dark and output was so low. In addition, my legs and calves were so swollen and painful. Three days after stopping and upping my fluids, my urine was back to normal and swelling was gone. Please be careful.

I read about this on a website . Can't rememberWhich site. But I've tried this for 30days. I can honestly say it didn't get rid of my hot flashes and night sweat but it did help reduce them. It's a good product . I would recommend if you are just trying to help reduce symptoms

It helps with the hot flashes. I don't get as many as I use to get. I'm not as irritable as I use to be. So far it's working. I have other menopausal issues but I am waiting to see if those issues resolve.

I think this is good. Hot flashes are not as intense.

Not sure that it helped much with the hot flashes and night sweats. Took for at least 60 days. A pretty expensive product for not much difference in symptoms. Will try a cheaper product like Estroven.

I didn’t have a lot of hope after trying other supplements to combat perimenopausal bloat and weight gain to no effect. I noticed some of the reviews for this product stated it improved their mood with someone saying they felt they got their old self back. I was already taking ashwagandha for stress with work so didn’t think too much of it.I’ve been on this product now for 30 days. Within the first two weeks my mood improved dramatically. I didn’t realize just how out of sorts I had been. I DO feel like I got my old self back. I haven’t lost any weight but I haven’t gained any more and I still struggle with bloating around my ankles, waist and face periodically. But for the sheer change in my attitude I am extremely grateful for this product and will be taking it as long as it continues to perform.
