The BEST knife I’ve ever owned!!!
I love the weight, it’s so comfortable to use, beautifully crafted and works great with everything I’ve come across. The blade is thick and durable, the grip is comfortable and sturdy the edge has great retention on the edges!! I want all of the knives from this company!!!

Sharp , does the job with ease
Love it super sharp I cut 50 pounds of meat in little pieces for sausage making like butter lol . Love the design wash dry meaby little lard for lube.

Quality pick up for price.
Knife is a big step up if all you are used to is hand me down’s and cheap knives. This is a heavy duty,SHARP knife. Great for cutting the thicker meats.
