I relied heavily on pepto for years for stomach relief. I have had IBS my whole life and thank gawd learned in the past few years that if I take a pepto ultra with the first bite of any trigger foods, I’ll be golden and feel like a normal person! Try it, it’s life changing!! My trigger foods are anything greasy or fatty, like fried foods, ramen, oily pizza, pesto, etc.
