Dissolves easily in water and tastes OK. Let's hope they help my gut.

good product poor packaging
Helped with gut lining issue following a strong course of medication - will continue with supplement for gut and muscle recovery from training. Was dismayed by the large tub which was only half full - either missing the full quantity or buying a lot of air. Seems a good product besides this issue.
