Cuffs are 'open' no buttoning and can be rolled up and secured with a strap, housed within the sleeve and buttoned to the outside halfway up.A good addition to the wardrobe. Bought as for shop measurement and fits perfectly. Concentrated on the guidance for shoulder and arm length measurements, chest sizes didn't really relate.
