Disgusting Battery performance
The seller did everything good but in the end he still cheated in the form of battery. I am writing with complete honesty. I have received a very good laptop. I was worried about the battery condition and I was right. Now before opening the Laptop I make sure that I have a power outlet near me, because the battery will drain out before you complete your work. Sorry.

Keypad and mouse pad hangs in between. Body is of poor quality plastic

Review of Refurbished Laptop
Laptop received today only. Specification good. Working good. need to review after few days again. Only major problem is with battery backup is very week. Battery drain very rapidly and we need to keep the charger always plugged in (Just like desktop).

Stay away from this product
Don't ever order refurbished products even if it comes with Amazon tag. Had lots of trouble with the laptop - excess heat while charging, battery issues, keyboard not functioning upon reboot, etc. The worst part is that the seller is not picking the phone number mentioned in the seller warranty card.

The package was good and safe received as expected the configuration and other stuffs are worth for money .. recommended to buy if you are thinking to get an product at reasonable price overall satisfied with the order

Don't buy this laptop
Don't buy this type of laptop; don't waste your money. The customer care service is terrible, and no one answers the phone calls. Battery problem image also attached.

Hardware and Ports
The look and feel of the laptop were perfect, it was brand new. There are a few issues I noticed. It didn't have a secondary battery, or ethernet port and the USB C port wasn't recognizing any device connected. Hence I had to return that laptop.
