Q: Has anyone used yealink wh63 dect headset? which one do you think is better?

I like Yealink because I have a Yealink VoIP phone and their headset are no worse than the Plantronics, at least in terms of sound quality and battery life.

Q: I'm sourcing work headsets for a company, does Yealink and Jabra or Plantronics have any recommendations?

Wired headsets can be considered Microsoft official, and wireless headsets can be considered Yealink, which has also passed the Microsoft certification

Q: Can these be used to listen to a tv, wirelessly?

They should be able to connect to anything that is Bluetooth compatible...which makes it wireless It can connect to a firestick for example, you just have to go into the settings on the Firestick to pair them. I do know smart TV's that are loaded with Roku only accept Roku devices.

Q: Can the headband be shortened/ adjusted for small heads/ very petite people?

FYI - as a very petite person - yes they can be adjusted so that they fit reasonably well. But they still are a bit big even at the smallest adjustment. No worse than other headsets, but still not an amazing fit for very small heads. One of these days I may need to try kid headsets, like I finally had to do with winter gloves.
