They do melt quicker than if you were to use ice. But because they are thin, I felt more comfortable walking around than I did with bags of ice.

Only cold doesn’t become hot tried both hot water and microwave .. it got bursted in the microwave after 3 seconds

These were awesome for after I gave birth!! They froze quickly in the freezer and the little covers washed easily. They did stain easily though. Great product for the price and helped with pain!
