Great fast delivery, this was a smaller size that other reviewers thought expensive, I'll probably get three treatments for my shoulder length hair, so I think good value. Results on my hair were good, hair felt soft but volumized but not at all greasy. Will be looking at trying other products in the range.

Excellent product. I have long hair and soaked my hair in it as it stated, so this smaller tube only lasted for two treatments... I left it in over night, and my hair was incredibly soft and silky, without being heavy or greasy. Have only used it twice, and without the other '3 more inches' products so can't comment on it's ability to protect ends over time. Would recommend if you need the extra protection and TLC that healthy looking long hair needs.

I swear by this stuff. It heals hair. Will also mention my hair is long so this bottle does 1 application with a little bit spare

So glad that I only spent £10 on trying out the smaller size and didn’t order the standard £30 size. I applied a fair amount to my hair and left on over night as instructed and then washed with shampoo and conditioner in the morning. It has made my hair super fluffy and quite brittle. Like a head full of candy floss! My hair feels a horrible texture now so I will need to maybe give it a nice treatment with some additional products to help recover it. This product states that it makes the hair feel thicker. It appears to do that by making the individual strands repel each other rather than lay flat in a silky smooth way. This may be ok for people with dead straight hair but for someone like myself with naturally curly, wavy, frizzy hair, this is the absolute last thing that I’d want!! This product is definitely going in the bin I’m afraid!!

Love this product put it on my hair once a week overnight and after washing my hair the next morning it feels like silk

Didn't think this product did anything to my hair, it's just like any other conditioner. Save your money don't bother

loved this so much I have ordered more leaves your hair so soft the ends are so much better and can say my hair seems to have grown 1 inch in two weeks result .....

I have extremely thick hair (sometimes I feel my hair grows out rather than down) a few inches past my shoulders. The instructions say to 'soak' dry hair in the pre-treatment an hour before washing. However, 100ml was only enough to do this once before I'd ran out of the tube. My hair felt beautiful and silky after the wash, so if you have fine or short hair this might work for you, but it's far too much money for me to justify something that will only last one wash every 100ml

This really does soften your hair for sure. Just be aware that this tube is only for one or two uses. If you have fine short hair you can get 2 uses but if you have thick long hair it’s a one use tube. (It’s says it on the back and it’s true) so value for money not so much.

This treatment worked wonders and smelled nice as well. Will buy again for sure.

This prewash treatment seems to be very effective. I have only used it once, but it made my hair soft and shiny. It looked renewed and it felt sooo clean and soft. It isn't very convenient to use, though, and it does require some planning. The instructions have you applying it to your dry hair, then leaving it on for at least 45 minutes, the longer the better. I am usually hopping into the shower with a limited amount of time before I have to be somewhere, so I have to remember to budget time if I want to use this treatment. Aside from the time problem, it is easy to use and seems to work well. The other big problem I have with this stuff is that it has gluten in it! Well, it has wheat protein, so I *think* that means it has gluten in it. I have celiac disease and have to go out of my way to avoid gluten in my food. The last thing I need is for it to sneak into my shower. Even worse, this brand tests their products on innocent and terrified cats and rabbits. It unnecessary and cruel, torture for the sake of torture...and that's just ugly.

It comes in a vert small tube and the formula is extremely watery it feels like nothing after coating my hair in it, i washed it off and i feel no effect on my hair!! Not going to repurchase!

Instead, I focused on the lengths and the pieces around my face as those areas are heat-styled the most often and/or have highlights and therefore are the most likely to be damaged. You are supposed to apply this on dry hair at least 45 minutes prior to showering. I just threw my hair up in a clip after applying the product and ran some errands. It doesn't drip out of your hair or make a mess. I followed with the shampoo and conditioner from the same line and my hair was soft, shiny and manageable without being weighed down. To some degree, your results are going to depend on how damaged your hair was in the first place, and aside from the lengths in the back, which have old highlights, mine is in very good shape. I think this is a great product for people who have damaged hair they want to grow, people who frequently heat style, people who color their hair and people with dry hair.
