This cream is wonderful. I put it on my feet at night with socks in the morning my feet are soft all over.

My husband has chronic foot issues. He has tried so many different products, so good so far.

Soft but not really worth money will stick to store bought cream

My foot doctor recommended the 20% urea cream, which worked fine but the 40% works even better, I had a callus on my foot and it softened it right up

So I've always had skin issues mainly my feet and my hands. I've never found just one product that did the trick. What I like about this is it's very softening and I really like the fact that it's not greasy at all. It literally rubs into your skin and you're fine you don't feel like you have to wipe it off or wash it off when you're finished. I started this on my feet and for the moment it works fine but I did not notice a difference overall. I work in very cold elements and with cardboard so my hands constantly are dry and they crack and bleed. Using this on the heels of my feet, I noticed that my hands felt better. And what I really enjoyed was this does not seem to have anything to cause my hands to burn like fragrance or anything so that was really nice. So earlier I did the dishes and I noticed my hands were almost burning from not only the heat of the water but also I believe the fragrance in the dish soap. I use this cream on them right away afterwards and the burning stopped in my hands instantly felt better. So I originally got this for my feet but it looks like I'm going to hijack this for my hands definitely recommended.

I don’t know what it is, but the formula was sticky and did not seem to work well. I had another brand of urea cream and it worked so much better so I had high hopes for 40%. But it just seemed so watery and did not adsorb at all into the skin. It seemed to just sit on top and make my feet all sticky and more dry.
