I will update accordingly, I take only 2 tablets (clinical dosage is 4) I thought this was a placebo effect the first 3 workouts but it wasn’t. 5 workouts in and I have had the best workouts in that stretch. I noticed more reps and stamina. New soreness in my muscles as well. I only take half the dosage required and I’m noticing a difference. I will update in a month and give further feedback but so far so good.

Omg!!!! I was skeptical but I took this and on the second day I did my max with ease.

The media could not be loaded. I try it for a month(just bought a 2nd bottle), this is only for people that workout every day, that's the only way you will notice the difference, at first didn't notice but after the first week I start lifting more, and my recovery time was way faster. All this combined with a good diet and good sleep will help you a lot! to gain more streng and a faster workout recovery. If you don't work out every day don't waste your money. To be honest this product is for people that workout 5 to 7 days a week. Also I will say it's kinda pricey. If it wasn't because I'm trying to achieve my goals I probably would not buy it. Hopefully they can Lower the price of this product. But it work, but it's not a magic pill. Also a few days later I notice some of the capsules are not fill all the way in I originally give it 5 stars but after that I will lower it to 3 until they fix their problem.

I've tried countless supplements. Most of them don't work. I take it for 2-3 months and see if I notice a difference. Then I stop taking it and see if I notice a difference. After I started on this I noticed a difference after just about 2 weeks. A little bit more muscle mass, and faster recovery. I'm in my fifties so I need every advantage I can get, and this definitely helps.

I don't know what everyone else found in this product but for the price and the minimum effects was not worth it. I wish it was a way to get my money back...
