I'm a side sleeper and have been using this pillow for several weeks now and I find it very comfortable and rarely wake up with neck aches and pains these days.It's very supportive but not too hard, and it hasn't lost its shape and the cooling effect does seem to work.I'm really pleased I tried it - great value for money in my opinion.
