I was not expecting much given the size of the machine but I have been pleasantly surprised at how good this thing is. Obviously it is not designed for heavy duty tree work but I have found it invaluable for trimming trees and bushes on my works estate, it will happily manage branches up to 2 inches but you must keep an eye on the chain tension during the first few uses as it quickly beds in and stretches - instructions supplied and its really easy. Keep it well lubricated using the oil reservoir and you are good. There is a spare chain in the box, only time will tell how durable they are.....use common sense and pick your battles with this machine, if you don't push it too hard I'm pretty confident it will give great service. Handy that my Makita batteries also fit this machine, I haven't actually used the supplied ones yet - they have their own block charger and do not fit on the Makita charger - not that I would recommend charging them that way in any case. So, overall, exceeds expectations, feels light but durable and I think if you take care of it and do not overwork it, its a very handy addition to your garden maintenance......

Very impressed with the cutting power as it makes short work of branches and makes tidying the garden so much quicker. Battery life good

No instructions in box, (or on youtube), but after a time to build up the chainsaw it works as I expected- light, easy to use with reasonable cutting power and battery power for light work

This chainsaw is brilliant the ease of use is unbelievable due to the small size it is light weight and easy to move (perfect size) and cuts through branches and tree trunks with ease. Can’t fault this product the charger is brilliant it just -lugs into the batteries. Works easily and better than expected for its size!! Definitely recommend anyone to purchase this if want a chainsaw that’s not to heavy and will work perfectly! Came with everything that it said would be with it and a really good price!!

Last year I made the mistake of buying a little electric saw with was laborious to work with and did nothing for my thumb joints! Hoping to make cutting back thicker branches and stems in the garden this year I ordered this little chain saw. It's brilliant. Fast, efficient, easy to use PLUS they included almost everything you need - gloves, goggles, a little bottle to top up oil (empty - the only thing they didn't include was the oil, which is not expected anyway). Spare chain, decent instructions, x 2 rechargeable batteries already charged so i could start using it right away. So yes, from my perspective I would definitely recommend this handy little saw who made the hard work of that particular type of garden, so much easier.

just the tool for those small tree branches you get two rechargeable batteries that last about 25 minuets or so per charge depends how you use the tool, this is a good product and I have used it many times would recommend this for those smaller gardens that have scrubs etc will cut through timber of about 65mm diameter tops.

A great little saw, light and easy to use and surprisingly powerful, bought to take 15 feet of hedges away, and did an excellent job, battery life good, and did have to use second chain supplied to do roots of hedges, but expect due to the length of job I was doing.Easy to strip down and fully clean after each use, to keep saw in good working order.Would definitely recommend.

Only got a few hours use it of this before I could no longer tighten the chain, the method of tensioning it was a flimsy screw and plastic setup that is never going to last. Sent back for refund. Disappointing waste of time.
