makes great curry, I think this has a great flavour and makes my cooking taste amazing i'm always keeping it in the kitchen cupboard. Dissolves well and doesn't leave any horrible textures. Honestly i would buy a bigger box.

At home I usually use almond milk in my tea and coffee, but one problem I ran into at the office is that a full carton would go off by the time I finished it. It was also inconvenient taking home opened cartons or remembering to take a full one in. After having no luck finding reasonably priced almond milk powder, I decided to try a few different coconut milk powders and this one so far is my favourite. Although I don’t take sugar in my coffee, the coffee kept leaving an aftertaste with sugar-free coconut milk powders. Table sugar still gave me an unpleasant taste, much like whenever anyone accidentally added sugar to my coffee with dairy milk. As this contains glucose syrup (different composition to table sugar), I decided to try the 250g pack, especially since sweetened almond milk didn't bother me. To my surprise, this is about as close as I’ve tasted to dairy milk in my coffee and I even prefer it over almond milk, totally different to trying coconut milk with any amount of table sugar. The easiest way I find to dissolve this for coffee is to put a heaped teaspoon into an electric milk-frother/heater with water. The 1-cup setting on the Senseo machine half-fills the coffee mug and I then add the dissolved heated coconut milk. Unlike dairy milk, this does not froth, so is unsuitable for making a cappuccino. Unlike dairy milk, it does not leave a scum either in the milk frother, so it can be quickly rinsed under a tap.

Bought this as I fed up only using half a tin of coconut milk then wasting the rest after it sat in the fridge for a few days. Also great for calorie control as you can easily calculate and reduce the amount you add to curries. I will be buying this again.

Mixies well with yogurt or milk, added to museli mixture. Also added to my hot choc, very nice

I use this for bread making makes my bread fluffy, good quality and many uses of will buy again.

I didn't realise this when I first bought it. Why on earth do you need fructose added to coconut powder? I will finish what I have and then never buy this brand again. Also, why do none of the photos show the ingredients? Why do I have to search for them? Annoying.

Sometimes I just need little amount of vegan milk for the recipe and I don't want to open a carton of 1 L milk, I will use this instead.

Dieses rein vegane Pulver hat einen hohen Kokosanteil von 83%, was sich auch daran erkennen lässt, dass es einen Fettanteil von 54% hat. Andere Pulver haben viel weniger Fettanteil, aber dafür ist dann der Glucoseanteil (Zuckerzusatz!) viel höher. Hier ist der Glucoseanteil nur 15%. Es ist auch kein Milchpulver zugesetzt. Ich habe kein anderes Produkt gefunden, dass einen höheren Kokosanteil enthält. Daher ist auch der Geschmack super, richtig cremig und nach Kokoscreme schmeckend. Je nachdem ob man Kokosmilch oder Kokoscreme herstellen will, wird mehr oder weniger Wasser zugesetzt. Aber Achtung - nicht die 1 kg- Packung nehmen, die hat eine ganz andere Rezeptur und enthält zudem noch Palmöl!!!

Wir sind mit dem Produkt sehr zufrieden und kaufen es regelmäßig. Wir benutzen es zur Herstellung von Kokosmilch. Es löst sich gut auf, ist geschmacklich hervorragend und übertrifft alles was wir bis jetzt an Kokosmilch getrunken haben.

vielleicht ist es nicht fair, dass ich einen Stern abziehe, denn es ist mein Fehler, dass ich die Inhaltsstoffe nicht genau gelesen habe. Da ich mich Keton ernähre, ist dieses Pulver viel zu süß. Auf 100g hat es 11g Zucker. In der Beschreibung hatte ich 2,75g gelesen, aber das betraf leider die Portionsgröße, also auf 25g. Allem Anschein nach gibt es aber ein solches Kokosmilchpulver gar nicht ohne Zucker - ich habe wenigstens keines gefunden. Schade! Für diejenigen, die ein schmackhaftes und süßes Pulver suchen, kann ich dieses hier schon empfehlen. Für mich kommt es leider nicht mehr in Frage.

ich habe es nicht nicht probiert....mir gefällt es nicht das da glucose syrup und dann noch paar andere zutaten drinnen sind die ich nicht kenne...es war auch nicht sichtbar was da drinnen ist....ich kenne Kokosnussmilchpulver wo es rein ist und nix weiter reingekommen ist...das ist echt schade... wenn wenigstens Kokoszucker drinne wäre das wäre ja ok...da hätte ich mit leben können

Ich verwende das Pulver zum Kochen und finde es deshalb super, weil es sich ganz nach Bedarf dosieren lässt. Wenn man z.B. kleinere Mengen braucht, muss man keine ganze Packung/Dose Milch aufreißen, von der bei mir dann fast immer gut die Hälfte stehen blieb und verdorben ist.
