I was at Toma's restaurant in Santa Barbara last week and the pad of butter had this salt on top of it. It just goes POP in you mouth and was the most interesting flavor I had tasted in a while. NOT ALAEA! Khalua pig turned out junk and I make some bomb Khalua pig. Hawaiian mac salad also turned out junk. The container is tiny. Spend the extra and buy the alaea red "old time" brand. You get more than 3x the amount and the flavor is on point. I'll never buy this junk again.
