Too much residue at the bottom of my cup
And my quest to look for a sugar alternative this was a great idea, the only problem is the date sugar just settles at the bottom no matter how much you stir it. I bought it to use in my coffee. I prefer beef sugar better.

Good for baking
Date sugar is processed dates, so it's grainy and does not dissolve easily. It's really meant for and best in if you are baking things because it will break it down and it gives baked goods a carmallized flavor. You just use it 1 to 1 in ratio like regular Beet Sugar. It tastes good in baked goods but it's not really great for use in coffee or tea. You get a ton of it in this container. It scoops easily and measures just the same.

DO NOT BUY !!!! AND ITS NON REFUNDABLE!!This item does not dissolve in coffee, or cereal or and natural fruit drinks.The taste is horrible and Sandy.I’d rather stick with brown sugar and enjoy the sugar taste.Save your money this item is straight garbage and that’s where I will be placing it…
