These give a subtle but noticeable mood boost. I take one in the morning and one in the afternoon. The taste was off at first—kind of plastic-like—but Organifi said some people are just more sensitive to that, like some say cilantro tastes like soap. I've adapted , and since they work well, I'll be ordering again.

My kids love these. They taste great! I add them to their lunch boxes and they never complain about having to eat them.

Horrible!!! Would give one star if I could.This product gave me a debilitating 24 hour headache, gastro issues and extreme nausea. I could not hold anything down. It also made me extremely sleepy while jittery at the same time. I only took one, just after a meal. My bf had nearly the same experience.After researching, it turns out saffron can cause all these side effects. I didn't see a warning or precaution on the package. I rarely take prescription or OTC drugs, other than ibuprofen. We do like and use other Organifi products but this went straight into the garbage. 👎👎👎👎

They are Definitely Mood lifters my husband he is 65 and has always fought with depression in the winter I found these and thought I would give them a try. He has perked up and laughs jokes around and back to his self. I definitely recommend these

They seem to work well, but they leave this nasty weird lingering taste in your mouth that is hard to get rid of.

Don’t notice any difference at all. Plus these taste like tractor oil. Wouldn’t recommend
