I’ve bought more than 5 carriers since my kid was born 19 months ago. Each of them for a specific purpose and I had yet to find a good one of these cross chest carriers. This one is AMAZING! I’m 6’0 and they usually just didn’t fit properly on my shoulder, hut with the split shoulder, this one fits perfectly. My kid is also big (he weighs 30lbs) and wants to be held all the time and this helps a lot distributing his weight properly. Even though it’s a bit more expensive than some, it’s well worth it.

Fits well and can be adjusted overtime as the littles get bigger. We have a very clingy 1 1/2 year old and he constantly wants on my hip. With running to our shop or having to clean, it supports him enough to free up my arm. Functional and doesn’t hurt my neck because of the slit on the strap. Overall I really like that my brute of a son isn’t so hard to carry with this supporting him.

It’s just as advertised. Works well, but it’s not super comfortable if you need to walk far or for long periods of time.I’m not super sure we will get the most out of it. It’s fine.

I bought this for my toddler because I didn’t want to deal with the bulk of the padded seat for the other hip carriers and let me tell you, this thing is AMAZING! My youngest has always been in the 90+ percentile, they have been in size 4T clothing since they turned 2.5, and having to carry them to give their legs a break was killing my back. I got this before we went on a cruise and it was perfect for using on the ship and in port, and I’ve since used it at Disneyland when my older two needed to sit but she wasn’t ready to get up and wander about.The strap really helps distribute the weight. It’s not perfect, we use Osprey Poco bags for hiking when the kids were little so I know what comfort and even weight distribution feels like while hiking 5-10 miles. I can stand for extended periods of time with this, and have walked a mile and was able to do so. It wasn’t great, my back was screaming at me a bit by the end of it but it wasn’t a huge deal.Overall 10/10, I’d buy this again in a heartbeat.

I wanted to like it but there was not enough material in my opinion to support his bum.

I wanted to love this. I bought it for a Disney trip with my two year old. I tried it on her before we left, and it seemed perfect. I wish I had done a test outing with it. She absolutely hated sitting in it. Maybe it is better for smaller babies. I think the strap dug in her legs. It also isn’t super easy to get them in and out of. You have to unbuckle it every time or loosen it. We have a tushpush. I was just looking for something less bulky. I should have taken the tushpush.
