Oh, I wish I bought this chair years ago. I’m a writer who spends many hours at my computer. My back started to hurt, so I was looking for an ergonomic chair, but I have carpet in my office, so I didn’t want one with wheels. I was skeptical about this one since it was so inexpensive compared to comparable chairs, but it is awesome. Well-cushioned for comfort, the spinning makes it easy to get out of it without moving the whole chair each time, and I like the look of the faux leather and the wooden arms. It’s an elegant chair that really works with my home office. I’m very very pleased!

I purchased this chair without wheels to use at my home built-in desk. We have wood floors and after assembling it, we decided we should have ordered it with wheels to protect our wood floors. I did some research and learned that rollerblade wheels were the best for wood floors, so we purchased those (shown on picture). However, they could not be put on the four prong wheel base that came with the chair. I emailed the company on a Saturday and explained my problem and they responded the same day and said they would ship me a free base with wheels on Monday. That is 5-star service! The chair looks great, is comfortable and was easy for my husband and me to assemble. I am very happy with this purchase.

I searched extensively for a desk chair without wheels that would be comfortable and somewhat adjustable. This Okeysen looked like the best choice and the price was reasonable. The box arrived when expected, the packaging was exceptional, and I could easily assemble it myself (not bad for a 76 year old). The seat and seat back are very comfortable. The gas lift worked very well to adjust the height, and the armrests can be moved in or out. This was a great value purchase.

Beautiful chair but poorly constructed. The armrests are perpetually loose and one of the screws broke during assembly.

I love this chair! I will say I ended up buying a set of foam pads for the arm rests as I work long hours and needed a break on my elbows - hence only four stars. But I love the design and the size and that it's stationary without wheels. It's everything I wanted.

We are delighted with our new desk chair. The back and seat cushions are very comfortable. The arm rests are at the right angle. We needed a chair that was stable not rolling about. That need was met. We are happy with the new purchase!Mr. and Mrs. G

I got to use it for four months before one of the welds on the "X" base gave way. Now if I weighed 400 lbs I might understand, but I tip the scales at 223 lbs (not petite but c'mon).UPDATE - After posting my original review the seller (Ful Ergo Furniture) reached out to offer a full refund. Since I really liked the chair, I asked if they would send a new base instead. They replied with the tracking number for the replacement base plus a generous refund. When I was in retail management I read a book that proposed having satisfied customers is not enough. If you're in business, you should want "raving fans". That's what I am now! I should mention that all this was resolved within 48 hours of my review.Great customer service still exists! It warms my heart.
