DELICIOUS but pricey 😔❤️
So, I bought this Hokkaidou Japanese milk bread and I wish I could tell you in depth about how it tasted like... but unfortunately I ate it too fast because of how good it was 😅. From what I do remember, however, it was VERY very soft and tasted like a plain regular bread with a more milky tone to it. FYI it's not filled with milk cream like the name might suggest, it just plain soft bread but sweeter like milk. The price is definitely on the pricier end of things, though, given the bread is around the size of hamburger, but as a one time treat to try- I wouldn't discourage spending extra money on it. Aside from online availability, I have found it in real life asian supermarkets for much cheaper, so if you ever crave the taste again but can't afford a $9 bread, that's one place to start looking. Overall, it's incredibly tasty and comforting to eat because of how soft and sweet it is.

So Yummy
I had these for the first time in Hawai'i last month. I was looking around the ABC store and I wanted something to snack on. I happened to see these on an endcap and decided to buy one. My first regret was buying just one as my husband gacked half of it. It was soo good. It reminds me of a more moist King's Hawaiian Roll and it tastes much better. The only disappointment I have with these, is the price. I paid $8.56 each for 7. I am not sure if it is due to import cost or what but it is an extreme cost for bread. on the islands they are $2.99 each. It sucks that I cannot find these anywhere more inland towards the Midwest and trying to buy them from other sites is a hit and miss as they are always sold out. Lucky enough, I get to go back to Hawai'i at the end of May. I am just going to buy a bunch and ship them back via USPS as it is cheaper.

Five Stars
Arrived fast and was as good as I remember in Japan. Not as cheap as in Japan, but it isn't some cheap knock off brand and it's delicious.

Tasty but pricey.
Enjoy the bread. Very nice flavor. Packaging was minimal. Bread was crushed flat when it arrived. Recommend ordering separately. If it is boxed with something else heavy it can crush or even break the packaging. It's just the clear package the bread comes in. No other boxing.
