I placed this order in November of 2024 during the Black Friday sales. I finally received a partial order of just the SteadiCam in January of 2025. When I inquired about the missing vest and arm, I was asked to return the SteadiCam, and a complete order would be mailed out immediately. I was also informed that I would have to pay for the return, but I would be reimbursed for my shipping. I mailed it out the next day. During March, the status kept changing to different delivery days, but the order status remained unchanged. When I called in to inquire about what was happening, I was told that the order would be delivered on April 2nd, and I would need to wait until that day before calling back in. Again, the status never changed from "order received." Now that April 2nd has passed, the order was reset with no tracking information. Pro Aim is either a scam or is run from an apartment without knowing when they will receive items. I won't even give them a 1-star rating. After all this waiting time, I am trying to get my money refunded. Buy from a more ethical company with a solid reputation. Update: The status shows as if the order has just been placed without ever having a conversation with me ( I have a new order number for the third time for this same item in a 5 month period).

There are certain pieces that are very nicely made. The vast majority of the rig is very pro. The problem comes with the v-mount electronics box. It works but the metal housing looks like my kid brother used a hammer to beat it into shape. Other than that you are getting what you paid for. It is a very nice SteadiCam clone for the money. Obviously it lacks all of the convivence features the SteadiCams offer but if you want to learn or have a budget, you get what you need.
